This video got a lot of attention from the likes of the New York Post and others, who certainly had Ping Jiang on their "watch list" following a lawsuit of former SAC trader Andrew Tong against Ping and SAC.
What these media did not mention is that Tong's case against SAC was closed in 2008, and an investigation into his claims by the Equal Opportunity Commission also dried up. Tong didn't get a cent.
