Companies spend millions a year on cyber security, however, 42% of today’s cyber threats bypass traditional security products.
Jeremy Samide, a highly-sought after, global cybersecurity expert specializing in cyber threat intelligence and next-generation security threats, knew there was a better way to deal with this problem. He started a company (Stealthcare) and developed a threat intelligence platform (Zero Day Live) to combat these modern threat actors and protect organizations worldwide.
Jeremy has used his expertise and experience as a trusted contributor to clandestine operations for US Intelligence, the Department of Defense, Federal Law Enforcement and allied foreign governments to develop Zero Day Live (ZDL). ZDL has proven that any organization can be better protected by integrating predictive cyber intelligence into existing security infrastructure - reducing cyber risk an additional 50% to 70%.

The power of predictive cyber threat technology
The WannaCry ransomware infected hundreds of thousands of computers in more than 150 countries. Organizations impacted include The UK National Health Service (impacting hospital computers, MRI scanners and blood-storage refrigerators), Nissan Motor Manufacturing, Renault (both stopped production at several sites in an attempt to stop the spread of the ransomware), Spain's Telefónica, FedEx and Deutsche Bahn.
While WannaCry’s impact was unprecedented, Samide’s clients were safe. The Zero Day Live platform’s predictive technology identified Wannacry 15 days before it hit and secured their clients’ systems. “Zero Day Live” also uncovered LockerGoga 46 days before the ransomware shut down aluminium manufacturer Norsk Hydro, causing the firm to lose $69MM dealing with the breach.
In this Opalesque.TV BACKSTAGE video, Samide and Keith Garner, Stealthcare’s VP of International Business Development, talk about:- What type of threats should be of most concern to businesses and corporations? Why are they targets?
- How corporations waste millions of dollars by focusing on the backend of the problem, not understanding the front end of the problem (predictive) cyber intelligence is a better investment
- What is threat intelligence? Where is predictive cyber intelligence coming from? The undercover cops of the dark web
- Assessing cyber security risks of service providers and other third parties. The necessity of a layered security approach
